Prints may be shipped directly from SHIRLEY BALES FINE ART or may be shipped from my printing partner that specializes in fine art printing. All artwork is wrapped, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box. All prints are handled with the utmost care; sealed in protective plastic and wrapped well and typically shipped via UPS Ground.
Most artwork will ship via UPS, includes tracking, and will arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping.
International shipments will be sent via UPS or other carrier. Flat artwork may be shipped USPS.
Payment for Shipping
Payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Domestic Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. International Shipment Cost
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email. International packages are a bit outside of my control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries and tracking may be limited.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment of order. Our studio operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours. Our daily cutoff time is 12 noon Mountain Standard time. Except on national holidays at which time the studio will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Artwork larger than 50"
Artwork larger than 50" is sent un-stretched and rolled safely in a sturdy tube. A local framer should be able to mount your art on stretcher bars and frame it to your preference. Should you need any help or advice regarding hanging and framing, don't hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stretched Oversized Art
If you prefer to ship your large painting fully stretched we will use a freight service to expertly handle the painting and deliver it right to your living room ($300-500).
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Shirley Bales Fine Art will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us @ email@example.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
