Our fine art canvases are produced using an archival giclée fine art printing process and are hand finished. The canvas edge finishing is a white or image wrap, stretched over artist stretcher bars milled from the finest quality 1 1/2 " deep, ready to hang with a saw tooth hanger. Our canvas material is a finely textured artist-grade cotton canvas which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail. Your new print is mindfully made according to our ongoing efforts to support sustainability. This item is made to order, and can take up to 6 days in production before it ships. Prints may be shipped directly from SHIRLEY BALES FINE ART or from a printing partner that specializes in fine art printing. Larger sizes are available by custom order.

About the Artist:
Shirley Bales, is a multi-generational painter. Shirley formally studied fine art under an accomplished forensic portrait artist and other notable illustrators in the 1990's. Shirley also attended workshops by acclaimed plein air painters, and exclusively painted outside for over 10 years to develop her acute color sensibility. Shirley attributes most of her technical knowledge to the Cennini Forum comprised of forerunners of the Classical Realism Movement. Shirley has participated in multiple group and solo shows winning multiple awards and accolades over the years. Her work resides in hundreds of private collections nationwide.
