Shirley Bales Fine Art Exclusive

Eleven Mile Canyon Collection

I love nature. It's the place where I find balance, peace, solace, and renewal. Inspired by the seasons, the sound of the flowing water, I carry with me visions of wildflowers and the longing for freedom to roam and explore.

Eleven Mile Collection

I have been previewing my new Eleven Mile Canyon Collection and have had the opportunity to really talk to collectors and followers of my work about their memories and experiences at Eleven Mile Canyon. Thank you sincerely for sharing!!

You know, many art collectors say that art collecting is like love at first sight. I believe that if you discover art that speaks to you, art you connect with—art that gives you that tingling feeling—you can't go wrong.

A little design tip: When considering a piece, think about where your new art will hang and visualize it in the space. Ask yourself, does it fit with the aesthetic of the room? The colors, textures and feel? Or better yet, design your room around the art.  Above all, trust yourself and collect with confidence.

The Eleven Mile Canyon Collection available October 28th at 12 noon MST. Originals are one of a kind so mark your calendar!🔔

Shirley Bales, artist

Hi there! I'm Shirley. I am a multi-generational painter. While I was practically born with a paintbrush in hand, I formally studied fine art under an accomplished forensic portrait artist and other notable illustrators in the 1990's. My favorite thing to do is paint outside. I learned most of my technical knowledge from the forerunners of the Classical Realism Movement, and paint with historical mediums, primarily in oil. My work resides in thousands of private collections nationwide, and I am so grateful. Now a resident of Colorado Springs, I hope someday soon to take the show on the road in my new RV. Please come along for the ride!
